A New Angle on Families
A 60-minute program for PBS broadcast that illuminates the ways
families use math concepts estimating, proportional reasoning,
percentages, probability to manage their lives. Funded by the
National Science Foundation under a grant to the Institute for
Research on Learning to develop an approach to teaching math in
a real-world context.
